The Return & The Relaunch

Well, it was never my intention but I somehow ended up taking a little over two months off of working on Cassie's Playlist. Ultimately, this was due to the combination of The Sims 4 Horse Ranch releasing and some big real life changes. However, I'm back and ready to jump back into the world of The Sims 4 and, of course, Cassie's Story.
As it has been a while, I'm still planning on continuing the story from the latest chapter. In fact, I have a lot of ideas in mind as to how the story could play out. I've been documenting these in my Sim Planner from Yellow Llama Co. I'm even more excited to get stuck in again, now that The Sims 4 Horse Ranch is here.
My aim is to be more consistent with my SimLit project. I really enjoy playing the save file, writing about what has been happening as well as sharing it in the community. I recall from the previous SimLit Diaries that I'd taken a step back for a few days as I was overcomplicating my ideas from when I wrote the last few chapters and outlines for the next part. This unplanned extended break has actually made more sense to come back with a fresh outlook on what I want to do going forward.
I've missed being able to play The Sims in general these past few weeks, but now I've got a new space that I can game and work on a variety of content, I'm excited to dive back in.
